Writing
Patrick Baty has produced annotated bibliographies for the Georgian Group, Victorian Society and for English Heritage, as well as contributing information from his unpublished analysis of 18th and 19th house-painting manuals.
He has also published a number of articles (which are listed below) and contributed to, and revised, several books on colour and decoration, including
